We are not able to accept returns or offer refunds on any Personalised Health and Wellness eGuides, Personalised 40-day HealthRecover Bundles, Personalised Superherbal Blends, as well as our mothly subscription services, as they are 100% personalised to you. Additionally, to ensure we continue to adhere to our overall quality and timely fulfilment standards, we are unable to cancel or edit orders once they have been placed.
However, if the products you've received are faulty or you are dissatisfied with an ingredient for any reason, please contact us at hello@healthrecover.co.uk within fourteen days of the date your order was received and we may either replace the product at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. We may require the return (for health and safety reasons) or photographic documentation of any product you are dissatisfied with before we provide you with a replacement, credit or refund.
